Q. How much is shipping?

A. It depends on a) what you order, b) where you live, and c) how fast you want it

Q. What shipping methods do you offer?

A. We generally ship UPS ground and freight for larger items. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us at 585-343-8658.

Q. Do you have a minimum order?

A. Yes, all orders must be $20 or more.

Q. Do you offer rush shipping?

A. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact East Coast Speed at 585-343-8658.

Q. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

A. If you place your order Monday through Friday, we will usually process and ship orders in 1-2 days. Of course, special orders and temporarily out of stock parts may take longer. If this is the case, we’ll contact you.

Q. Where are you located? How long does shipping take?

A. First, East Coast Speed is located Batavia, New York, but we have a national distribution network. So, depending on whether or not you paid for rush shipping, your order can arrive in as little as 1 day (rush shipping) or 3-7 business days.

Q. Will you provide tracking information?

A. Absolutely. We’ll send you a shipping notification with tracking information when your package ships.

Q. If I pay by credit card, will you charge my card once the item has shipped?

A. When you checkout your card is charged in full right away. That way, we don’t have to store any credit card information.

Q. If I ordered a part that’s out of stock, when will it ship?

A. ASAP. We’ll notify you with a time estimate.

Q. Can you ship my order to multiple addresses?

A. We might be able to do that. Please call East Coast Speed at 585-343-8658 to place the order and discuss.

Q. Do you ship to AK, HI, and US territories?

A. Yes, but shipping charges will be higher.

Q. Do you ship to PO Boxes or APOs/FPOs?

A. Please call East Coast Speed at 585-343-8658, Monday-Friday, 9 am – 5 pm, Eastern Time to discuss.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. No. Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Q. Do you ship hazardous items?

A. Yes. We ship hazardous items via UPS ground.

Q. Do you ship oversized parts?

A. Oversized parts are shipped as freight, and there may be restrictions.

Q. What happens if you ship the wrong part?

A. We’re sorry. We’ll take care of our mistake, and it won’t cost you anything other than some inconvenience. However, we can’t be responsible if we shipped you the part you ordered and it just didn’t fit.

Q. What happens if the part is damaged during shipping?

A. We’ll get you a replacement ASAP provided that a) you inform us immediately and b) you keep the damaged box so we can get UPS to reimburse us.

Q. How can I be sure you’re shipping me parts that will fit my vehicle?

A. Call us! The team at East Coast Speed is happy to help you find the exact part you need.

Q. What happens if the part doesn’t fit my vehicle?

A. If we sent you the wrong part, we’ll make it right. If you ordered the wrong part, you’ll need to return it to us. See our return policy here then contact us for a return authorization number (RMA) at support@eastcoastspeed.com.

Q. What if my address changes before my order ships? Can I change where you send my shipment?

A. We prefer to ship the order to billing address. If you have a unique circumstance, call us to discuss.

Q. What if I never receive an order?

A. We put a tracking number on everything we ship for precisely this reason. If the part never arrives, there’s a good chance we’ll know it. If you won’t be available at time of delivery, please leave instructions for the driver to put the package in a secure location to avoid theft.

Q. What happens if I refuse the shipment?

A. Refusing a shipment is not the proper way to return it. It’s a major hassle for us. Please just accept the shipment and then contact us for a return authorization. If you refuse a shipment, we may charge you a fee for doing so.
